Meditation is a vital tool for cultivating inner peace, and therefore enabling peace to be spread outwards into the wider world.
All that ‘meditation’ means is simply to be aware, to recognise and understand what is actually going on inside ourselves.
As we become used to looking at all aspects of ourselves, we will find that the inner jumble of ideas, thoughts, feelings and sensations gradually starts to clear.
As this process continues, so we can become more and more at peace with ourselves.
Nearly all of us need help in beginning and continuing the process of becoming aware.
The sensible thing is to find a teacher; one who is prepared to listen without judging, and who is not following an agenda other than offering help and guidance in how to meditate.
The Foundation can offer weekly courses, one-day courses or one-to-one tuition, according to the needs of the individual.
The Foundation’s tutors have been practising and teaching meditation for many years. They hold professional qualifications in listening/counselling skills. The simple form of meditation they teach is free of any hidden agenda.

The more we meditate, the happier and more light-hearted we can become.
