We are delighted that a mutual website link has just been established between Living With Heart and the UK Peace Foundation. Please go to the Personal Development section of our Links page for more details.

We have also freshened up the other pages by providing some new content, and new colour combinations.

Who we are ...
We are a fully constituted organisation committed to the cultivation of peace within each person, the community, and the wider world.

The organisation consists of local peace groups; the Penwith Peace Group is the first of these. Each group will have its own local identity, finding its own way of operating within the overall framework of the Key Aims and the Peace Mantra (to find out more about these, please click on the 'Membership and Aims' and 'Peace Mantra' buttons.

We are a non-commercial organisation, free of any political or spiritual bias.


We believe peace starts with us ...
We believe that we can all take practical measures, however small, to cultivate peace within ourselves, and spread it out into our communities, into our land, and throughout the world.

The measures promoted by the UK Peace Foundation range from

   meditation and focused discussion, held locally in Open Meetings 
      (see the Latest News page)

   the free distribution of the Peace Mantra postcards. These have been sent to 
      many parts of the UK and the World, and have been very warmly received.

   occasional special events such as sponsored walks, concerts, poetry readings, etc.
      (see the Events page)

   donating all surplus income and dana to various peace charities. At our 2009 AGM
      we decided to award the Corymeela Community and Open House £100 each.

We welcome support from people living anywhere. There is no fee to join as a Friend.

Our aims are reflected in the mantra we created together:

Peace in my Heart
Peace in this Place
Peace in our Land
And throughout the World
Peace
